Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group and Mandai Wildlife Group have announced a three-year strategic partnership to enhance Singapore’s status as a premier travel destination and promote wildlife conservation. This collaboration will offer SIA customers exclusive wildlife experiences and benefits at Mandai’s renowned attractions, whilst also supporting conservation efforts globally.
The partnership will see SIA customers enjoying curated wildlife experiences and exclusive co-branded merchandise, available both online and at Mandai Wildlife Reserve. The collaboration also includes logistical support from SIA for wildlife conservation, such as animal transfers between Singapore’s parks and other accredited zoos worldwide.

Visitors can explore attractions like Singapore Zoo and Night Safari, and enjoy privileges via Pelago, SIA’s travel experiences platform. KrisFlyer members will benefit from promotions for new attractions, Curiosity Cove and Exploria, and can earn bonus miles for ticket purchases.
Additionally, SIA will feature Mandai Wildlife Group content on its KrisWorld in-flight entertainment system from August 2025, including documentaries like “The Great Migration: First Steps” and “New Eden,” highlighting the relocation of Jurong Bird Park’s avian residents.
