The Booking Form Bot addresses these concerns by automatically understanding the user’s booking session, including property details and rate plans, to deliver precise and personalised responses without requiring users to navigate away from the page.

Travellers can access the Booking Form Bot via the chat icon on the booking form page through the Agoda app and mobile browser.
