This strategic move aims to transition the company from a phase of rapid expansion to sustainable growth and value creation. The initiative will focus on consolidating the organisation and building scalable internal capabilities.
The new L&OD function is designed to enhance leadership capabilities across all levels, standardise critical skills for operational excellence, and support talent development and succession planning. The creation of a centralised L&OD function reflects the company’s commitment to integrating its operations and supporting long-term growth. The initiative is expected to play a crucial role in enhancing the company’s organisational foundation and scalability.
