Founded by Xerxes Mullan, Avestar Capital is renowned for integrating investment advisory, tax and estate planning, philanthropy, and next-generation education into a cohesive platform. The Singapore office will be led by Zal Devitre, who brings over 20 years of experience in wealth management and family office advisory.
