Xu, formerly with Stephenson Harwood, brings over 15 years of experience in high-value, cross-border transactions across sectors such as transportation, trade, life sciences, energy, and technology. His expertise includes green and sustainability-linked lending, as well as multi-jurisdictional insolvency-related enforcement and restructuring.
