City Developments Limited (CDL) is set to launch Lucerne Grand, a new residential development directly linked to Lakeside MRT station, with previews commencing on 18 September 2026. The development, located at Lakeside Drive, comprises 570 units across five 17-storey towers and includes a commercial component, Lucerne Galleria, offering a supermarket and various retail options.
