DayOne Data Centres Limited, a Singapore-based global digital infrastructure platform, has announced a significant milestone, surpassing 1GW in Billings. This achievement follows the upsize of its senior secured multi-currency syndicated term financing in Malaysia to approximately US$7.2b. The financing will bolster the development of DayOne’s data centre platform in Johor.
The financing, arranged by a consortium of seven lenders, builds on the US$3.5 billion syndicated financing secured in May 2025. Since 2024, DayOne has raised over US$6b in equity, supported by more than 30 local and global banking partners. The company’s Billings have grown over eightfold in under two years, from 121MW at the end of 2024.
DayOne’s Bookings have reached approximately 2.3GW, up from 1.25GW at the end of 2025, with an additional 1.1GW in Reservations. CEO Jamie Khoo stated, “The confidence our banking partners and customers have placed in DayOne is reflected in these milestones and underpins our continued growth.”
The company aims to broaden its customer base, with Bookings from 15 customers, up from nine in 2024. Four of its top five customers operate with DayOne in multiple markets, and three hyperscale customers have multi-market deployments of around or above 200MW.
DayOne continues to pioneer and scale new markets, delivering high-specification facilities across Asia Pacific and Europe.
