Neolix, a leader in L4 autonomous delivery vehicles, has partnered with Sunway Group to bring its cutting-edge delivery solutions to Malaysia. Announced at the Transport Expo Asia 2026, the collaboration aims to deploy Neolix’s vehicles for last-mile delivery and transport of goods and medical supplies across Sunway’s integrated townships and businesses.
The partnership was formalised through a memorandum of understanding, with Sunway Group President Anuar Taib highlighting the initiative as part of Sunway’s broader future-mobility strategy. Malaysia, recognised as one of Neolix’s most advanced markets in Southeast Asia, has been a testing ground for the company’s vehicles over the past three months. The safety assessment is nearing completion, and the project is set to enter the Vehicle Type Approval stage.
Zhao Xin, Head of Southeast Asia at Neolix, expressed confidence in the collaboration, stating, “Malaysia is one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic logistics markets, and we believe the best way to serve it is alongside the partners who know it best.” Neolix’s vehicles are already operational in Malaysia with local partners like Tiong Nam Logistics and SF Express.
The partnership is expected to foster innovation, improve quality of life, and support Malaysia’s involvement in next-generation transportation technologies. It also opens avenues for technology transfer, talent development, and increased participation of Malaysian businesses in emerging industries.
