Knight Frank Singapore has announced the appointment of Nicholas Keong as the new Head of Auction, Residential, and Private Office. This move follows the departure of Tan Tee Khoon, who previously led the Auction & Sales division. Keong, who already oversees Prime Residential Sales & Leasing and Private Office, will now also manage the Auction business, aiming to enhance collaboration and deliver integrated solutions to clients.
The appointment is part of Knight Frank’s strategy to unify its residential services under a single leadership structure, thereby strengthening its platform. The Auction business is crucial for engaging investors and generating deal flow, and its integration with other divisions is expected to provide a seamless client experience and unlock new growth opportunities.
Low Kin Hon, Interim CEO of Knight Frank Singapore, stated, “Nicholas has built a strong reputation within our residential business and brings extensive experience advising clients across a broad spectrum of property transactions.” He added that the appointment would deepen client relationships and enhance team collaboration.
Nicholas Keong expressed enthusiasm for his expanded role, highlighting the synergies between the Auction, Prime Residential Sales & Leasing, and Private Office divisions. “By combining our market expertise, networks, and client relationships, we are well positioned to uncover new opportunities for clients,” he said.
This strategic move underscores Knight Frank Singapore’s commitment to delivering comprehensive advisory and transactional services across all property sectors, enhancing its ability to connect clients with opportunities throughout the property lifecycle.
