TOUCH Community Services, in collaboration with CapitaLand, has inaugurated TOUCHpoint@Capital Tower, Singapore’s first integrated workplace wellness centre located in the Central Business District (CBD). The centre, launched on 15 September 2026, aims to provide comprehensive mental, physical, and digital well-being support to working adults and their families, addressing the growing need for workplace wellness.
The centre offers a variety of services, including drop-in mindfulness clinics, art therapy programmes, and a musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinic equipped with AI-enabled movement screening. These services are designed to help individuals manage stress, improve mobility, and maintain an active lifestyle. The initiative is supported by CapitaLand Hope Foundation, which funds holistic wellness programmes that cover emotional, social, and financial well-being.
James Tan, CEO of TOUCH Community Services, highlighted the importance of making professional support accessible during the workday, stating, “TOUCHpoint@Capital Tower changes that by making trusted, professional support accessible during the workday.” Ervin Yeo, CEO of Commercial Management at CapitaLand Investment, added, “We create vibrant communities where people can connect, thrive and feel supported.”
The launch comes in response to findings from a 2024 Telus Health survey, which reported that 67% of Singapore workers experience burnout indicators. By integrating well-being support within the CBD, TOUCHpoint@Capital Tower aims to provide timely resources, making it easier for working adults to seek help and access early intervention. This collaboration marks a shift towards treating workplace well-being as essential infrastructure, rather than an optional benefit.
