Nava Grove, a 552-unit residential project by Sunway MCL Limited and Sinarmas Land Pte Ltd, has achieved a significant construction milestone with the topping-out of its three 24-storey towers. This marks the completion of the main structural works, transitioning the development into the next phase of construction. The project is on track for its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in the first quarter of 2028.
The development has seen an overwhelming response from buyers, with 99% of its units sold. Only one two-bedroom-plus-study unit remains available, offering a final opportunity for prospective buyers. The strong sales reflect the development’s appeal, combining thoughtfully designed homes with proximity to nature and established amenities.
Situated near Clementi Forest, Nava Grove is designed to integrate nature into everyday living. The site features extensive landscaping, with less than 20% of its 270,000 square feet designated for buildings. The development includes an elevated infinity pool, a 50-metre lap pool, and a children’s pool, all designed to enhance the natural environment.
As construction progresses, Nava Grove will participate in Singapore’s virtual inspection process for TOP and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) inspections. This initiative aims to streamline the inspection process, enhancing efficiency and coordination.
Sunway MCL CEO Lee Tong Voon expressed enthusiasm about the milestone, stating, “We are very encouraged by the strong response from homebuyers.” Sinarmas Land’s Director, Margaretha Widjaja, highlighted the successful collaboration between the partners, noting the shared vision of creating a quality residential development.
