Reclaims Global Limited, an eco-friendly service provider in Singapore’s construction sector, has reported a significant financial upturn for the first half of 2027, with net profit soaring by 53.1% to S$3.8m. This growth is attributed to a 52.9% increase in revenue, reaching S$33.3m, driven by heightened market demand across its business segments.
The company has declared an interim dividend of 0.25 Singapore cent per share, following a 1-for-1 bonus issue in March 2026. This represents a dividend payout of approximately 20%. The robust performance is underpinned by strategic investments, including the acquisition of two freehold properties, enhancing the company’s asset base.
Executive Director and CEO Tan Kok Huat expressed satisfaction with the results, stating, “We are pleased to have started the first half of FY2027 on a strong note, reflecting stronger market demand across all our business segments and our continued focus on disciplined and effective execution.”
Reclaims Global’s core operations generated healthy cash flows, with net cash flows from operating activities increasing to S$8.7m. The company remains focused on strengthening its operations in Singapore, supported by a pipeline of public and private construction projects.
Looking ahead, the company aims to maintain margin resilience and disciplined cost management. The interim dividend will be paid on 25 September 2026, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering long-term value to shareholders.
