Profound, a leading AI marketing platform, has announced the establishment of its Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore. This strategic move aims to support brands across Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand as AI becomes a crucial channel for consumer engagement. The decision follows Profound’s US$180m Series D funding round and reflects the growing demand for AI marketing solutions in the region.
Singapore, recognised as the most active adopter of AI in Asia-Pacific, will host Profound’s regional leadership, go-to-market, and customer teams. The company plans to open its office in the Central Business District in Q4 2026, creating over 15 new roles, including a General Manager for Asia-Pacific. Members of Profound’s New York team will also relocate to Singapore to help establish the regional team.
Co-Founder and CEO James Cadwallader stated, “AI is the new front door to every business, and brands across Asia Pacific are moving fast to control how they show up. Singapore is the natural home for our next chapter.”
The announcement coincides with the Zero Click Singapore conference, marking Profound’s first such event in Asia-Pacific. The company also hosted a recruiting event to support local hiring efforts.
Ling Yuan Chun, Senior Vice President at the Singapore Economic Development Board, commented on the move, highlighting Singapore’s role as a hub for global AI companies and the job opportunities Profound will create.
Profound’s expansion into Singapore underscores its commitment to leveraging AI marketing to transform how brands engage with consumers in the Asia Pacific region.
