Thomson Reserve, a joint development by UOL Group Limited and CapitaLand Development, has achieved remarkable sales success, selling over 90% of its units during the launch weekend. Out of 1,268 units, 1,143 were sold at an average price of $2,900 per square foot. The development attracted significant interest, with 32,000 visitors attending the public preview over two weekends.
The majority of buyers are Singaporeans, purchasing for both personal use and investment. The development’s appeal lies in its spacious, upscale homes and strategic location near reputable schools, nature parks, and the Upper Thomson dining area. A spokesperson for UOL and CLD noted, “The robust take-up reflects buyers’ confidence in Thomson Reserve’s distinctive proposition and strong product positioning.”
The strong demand across all unit types highlights the project’s broad appeal and the enduring value of well-connected homes in established neighbourhoods. This success underscores the confidence buyers have in the development’s offerings and its potential for long-term value.
Thomson Reserve’s launch success is a testament to the developers’ ability to meet market demand with quality and strategically positioned properties. As the project progresses, it is expected to continue attracting interest from both local and international buyers, further solidifying its position in the market.
